Gute-N-Berg Laser Engraving, LLC is a Fallout-themed printing and publishing company that uses laser engravers to make flags, maps, wanted posters, etc, for fans of events like Wasteland Weekend, look for us there in 2026 – https://www.wastelandweekend.com/
Gute-N-Berg Laser Engraving sponsors 2 live action role play projects that teach real world skills using flight simulators and the Fallout 4 video game.
The Concept
The rise of ecommerce has pushed the way the world does business into a state of continual evolution. Micro-publishing, social media and ecommerce have created a perfect storm of conditions that allow small businesses to be creative with cash flow and how the finances of the business are managed.
Air Group Supply
Sequoia Flight School is a Live Action Role Play (LARP) project sponsored by Gute-N-Berg Laser Engraving, LLC. In the Incident Command System, the Air Group is an independent command that provides air support for various operations.
Air Group Supply is a portable, post-apocalyptic-themed micro-retail store that is set up at various events in the US, has books on Amazon.com and a variety of books, gear and other products for sale on our websites. Sequoia Flight School students can get an optional sales link that gives a commission on every product class or event sold through Air Group Supply.
Gute-N-Berg Laser Engraving also sponsors Medics & Radios, the post-apocalyptic Live Action Role Play game (LARP) that teaches real-world outdoor skills, based on the Fallout 4 video game.
US-based Sequoia Flight School students who complete the Charter & Cargo Course and check rides as well as FEMA’s free online IS 100: Introduction to the Incident Command System and IS 200: ICS for Initial Response, can join the optional SFS Sales Team.
Sales Team members make commissions on every Air Group Supply item or event sold through their link, online or off, get real-world monthly bonuses for managing On Air virtual airline duties and a monthly stipend as part of the General Fund distribution. This manual and the online courses are the instructions for how to use that system.
No one is ever required to join the Sales Team. Students can register for and take the Charter & Cargo Course, complete the check rides and be certified as Sequoia Flight School Freelance Pilots and participate fully in our On Air operations. SFS Freelance Pilots can fly routes or freelance jobs in SFS aircraft and make the same virtual pay within the On Air game world as SFS Sales Team members, but they don’t participate in real-world sales or certain aspects of real-world events, partly due to insurance issues, and don’t get real-world money as part of the Sales Team joint efforts.
Sequoia Flight School Organization
Medics & Radios is built directly on FEMA’s Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) program, as a LARP. FEMA’s IS 100, 200, 700 and 800 courses are free online and are required by every emergency services and law enforcement agency in the US. These courses explain the Incident Command System (how things get done) and the National Incident Management System (where stuff comes from).
Sequoia Flight School and Medics & Radios corporate structure directly mirrors the FEMA Incident Command System, which allows Gute-N-Berg Engraving to manage a fractal sales system using a fractal management system, which scales together nationally.
The 2 projects combine with the Medics & Radios Air Branch, which is drone, powered parachute and ultralight flying in support of Medics & Radios missions and events, and covers all the basic online training needed for the municipal UAV teams, based on NWCG drone team standards.
SFS Sales Team
Sequoia Flight School students can make commissions on all of our Air Group Supply products and events, including the Medics & Radios products. The FEMA IS 100 and 200 courses are required for the Sales Team, which requires FEMA registration, which keeps us from training terrorists, and since the Incident Command System is the basic management structure of the business.
SFS students can earn free yearly memberships to OA, Sporty’s Pilot Shop bonuses, etc. and get a stipend from the General Fund for helping manage the Sequoia Flight School On Air operation.
SFS and Medics & Radios use affiliate software to track sales: this is not a public affiliate program. An affiliate # is assigned to a Sales Team Member and then every sale made through that member’s links gets automatically tracked.
Every sale of any product through Sequoia Flight School or Medics & Radios websites or events is tracked automatically and then various levels of commissions and over-rides are automatically disbursed.
Fractal Organization
Sequoia Flight School is built to start small, but using the Incident Command System (ICS) as our business structure allows Sequoia Flight School to scale based on the availability of trained staff.
Using affiliate software to track sales allows us to automatically fractionalize each sale into various payments to the active level of trained staff. Every sale made gets split into a commission for the Sales Team Member and then further divided into smaller royalties and over-rides for authors, artists and management.
Not Multilevel Marketing
Sales Team Members advertise Sequoia Flight School products and events to the public and make a commission for each sale. The Sequoia Flight School Sales Team is not open to the public and Sales Team members don’t get paid to recruit new members (no membership fees).
100% of the cash flow through Sequoia Flight School is generated by product and event sales. Every sale made through Sequoia Flight School generates a contribution into the General Fund. There is also an affiliate link for the General Fund, which generates a first level commission as well as other contributions.
Each month every active Sales Team member gets a bonus from the General Fund based on their participation. The General Fund also covers gear giveaways and other bonuses.
